- Serve as the initial contact point for customers via helpdesk, covering phone, email, or ticket channels.
- Ensure clients receive a friendly, prompt, and helpful experience.
- Perform on-site hardware maintenance and support.
- Drive to client locations to deliver equipment and troubleshoot issues, fostering client relationships.
- Utilize our ticketing system (FIFO, SLA based) to address and resolve helpdesk tickets and service requests.
- Manage and document all work using our ticketing system.
- Maintain thorough client documentation.
- Split tickets containing multiple issues into individual tickets for better tracking and resolution.
- Advanced expertise in structured cabling, emphasizing tidy cable management.
- Advanced proficiency in installing and maintaining networking and VoIP equipment.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Advanced skill in clean workstation installations, ensuring tidy cable management for end-user devices.
- Knowledgeable in IT applications, software, and hardware.
- Capable of simplifying IT concepts for clients through verbal and written communication.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced IT environment.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
